The motherboard and VGA manufacturing company announced a wide range of new models with PCIe 5 and memory overclocking capabilities

ASRock, a manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, announced the launch of its new H670, B660 and H610 motherboards, packed with numerous features for use with 12th generation Intel Core processors.

"This range of feature-packed motherbards is designed to offer great performance and practicality – including PCI Express 5.0 – to a wide range of users, from enthusiasts and gamers to office builders. They can all find the perfect solution to accompany the 12th generation Intel Core processors with LGA 1700 socket, whether they are the newly released “non-K” versions or the existing “K” ones,” said Hernán Chapitel, Sales Director for Latin America at ASRock.

Capable mini-ITX series with H670, H660 and H610

ASRock offers small form factor (SFF) PC builders a full range of mini-ITX motherboards based on the H670, B660 and H610 chipsets.

“With all the functions one could want, the ASRock H670M-ITX/ax includes support for future video cards thanks to a PCI Express 5.0 x16 connector, as well as space for two M.2 NVMe SSDs of the PCIe Gen4 type,” explained Hernán Chapitel.

A robust 8-phase Dr.MOS VRM design and DDR4 RAM overclocking up to 5000 MHz ensure maximum performance for SFF equipment. As for connectivity, it includes extreme performance Wi-Fi 6E (2×2), 2.5 Gbps Dragon LAN and Intel Gigabit Ethernet.

Available in ATX and mATX sizes, the B660 Steel Legend series features a six-layer PCB with 2 ounces of copper, powerful 9 Dr.MOS power phases, and DDR4 memory overclocking capability. USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) connectivity enables the fastest portable storage and external DAS solutions. Plus, it has M.2 connectors for two super-fast NVMe PCI Express Gen4 SSDs.

Premium Dragon 2.5Gbps LAN connectivity provides the fastest data transfers and lowest pings for gaming, while an M.2 (Key E) socket enables easy Wi-Fi module upgrades. Meanwhile, a PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot is available for graphics cards compatible with the new standard or older.
