It is estimated that CES 2023 may be the largest in-person event held in the United States since early 2020, with an exhibit space 40% larger than CES 2022.

The measures to implement

Fresh air flow in the doors

Fresh air flow has been increased in ventilation systems at all venues, including the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo and ARIA.
Exterior doors will be opened and monitored to allow fresh air flow when possible.
Greeters will be stationed at the remaining doors to open when attendees enter.

Hand disinfection

Touchless hand sanitizing units will be installed throughout facilities in high traffic areas.
All meeting rooms, conference areas, food areas, lounges, customer service areas, information kiosks, elevators, escalators, lounges and offices will have hand sanitizing stations.

Contact points

Badge collection locations will use contactless badge printing.
Customer service centers will offer contactless payments for on-site check-ins.
All shared microphones and audiovisual equipment will be disinfected between uses.
Bathrooms, handrails and doors will be cleaned throughout the day.
Sinks, toilets and paper towel dispensers will be touchless.
Cashless payment systems will be available at on-site food outlets and business centres.

What the event promises

CES 2023 will be held in Las Vegas from January 5 to 8 and Media Days will take place from January 3 to 4. Attendees will experience new technologies from global brands, hear about the future of technology from thought leaders, and collaborate face-to-face with other attendees.

The program will highlight how innovations in sustainability, transportation and mobility, digital health, the metaverse and more are addressing the world's biggest challenges. Audiences will hear from industry experts during live keynotes, including leaders from John Deere, AMD and BMW.
