With many prizes and a special jury, the university students will show their ability to reinvent a gastronomic classic. Proposals are received until October 12.

Peabody, the renowned appliance brand, together with the Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy from the UADE (Argentine Business University), announce the launch of the second edition of the International Pasta Day Contest. All students of the aforementioned study house can participate by presenting their favorite recipe. A jury headed by Rodolfo Vera Calderán (winner of Masterchef 2023) will select 5 recipes that must be prepared in the University's Nutrition Laboratory on 10/25, the date of commemoration of the anniversary, which they will previously be able to practice at home with the pasta factory that Peabody will give them for the perfecting instance.

"We are very interested in the result of this alliance. This is the second year that we have supported the initiative, and we do so convinced that Argentine talent is outstanding in many areas, and gastronomy is undoubtedly one of them", commented Mauro Labusta MKT Manager of the appliance brand.

“Having this alliance allows our students to develop their creativity and culinary talent, enhancing their technical skills using tools and machinery that optimizes the work of future gastronomy professionals”, Darío J. Rodríguez, Coordinator of the Lic. in Gastronomy at the UADE.
